Yes! In selected areas, ShopWings now offers a combined store checkout in one order with ALDI and Coles. That means you can enjoy all the great products you want from both stores in one easy order delivered to your door in as little as 1 hour.
Our personal shoppers currently deliver in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Canberra. Just enter your postcode on our homepage to check if we already cover your area. In case we don't, leave us your email to be notified when we do as we're expanding quickly!
Really fast. We can deliver within as little as two hours, but of course you can also schedule a delivery for a later date or time during checkout. The delivery will then take place within the one hour time frame that you choose.
You can order groceries starting from a minimum basket value of $49 for our small partners, $29 for ALDI, Coles or Harris Farm and $69 for the big partners (Banana Joe's, Foodworks, Maloneys and Aunt Maggie's). If you require items from both ALDI and Coles, the minimum basket is $99.
- First delivery free if above $99*: We don’t charge a delivery fee for your first order if your basket is $99 or more. This is our thank you gift for our new customers.
*Free delivery not available for any Ikea order.
- From the second delivery onwards: Delivery fee depends on the basket value and store. The higher the basket, the lower the shopper fee!
We deliver from 8:00am to 10:00pm on weekdays and from 8am to 9pm on weekends, depending on local store hours. Availability of the service depends also on the availability of our shoppers. You can view available delivery times for your area during the ordering process.
We're experts at picking fruits, vegetables and other perishables (meat, fish, cheese, sausages etc.)! This expertise can be seen in our service offering – You can for example choose the ripeness of your fruits or vegetables by leaving a personal note during the ordering process.
Yes, as long as you are over the age of 18 years old and can present ID at the time of delivery. In NSW, you can only receive one order which includes alcohol per day.
The total amount due can change when products are out of stock. In this case, our shoppers are trained to buy products that are comparable or of a higher quality. If even an appropriate substitute is not available we have to cancel the item and you are not charged for it. You only have to pay, what you actually receive!
When something is out of stock at the store, we do our best to replace it with something similar. If you allow it, your Shopper will call from the store to confirm replacement items.
Yes. Just send us an email to email@example.com with your location and the product or market you miss. We will do our best to offer our customers their desired assortment.
We deliver not only pre-packaged products, but also a variety of fresh items, such as fruits and vegetables. Products like e.g. bananas can be ordered on a per item basis.
We try to offer our products at attractive prices, but at the same time we have to fund our special delivery service. Therefore we determine our prices individually and independently.

You can delete single items from your shopping list until 3 hours before your delivery time. Just call our customer service at (0)2 8006 9003.
You can cancel your delivery for a full refund up until we start working on your order, which is 3 hours before your scheduled delivery time.
All changes can be made up to 3 hours before the chosen delivery time at our customer service hotline (0)2 8006 9003. Afterwards changes are not possible. We are however trying to continuously improve our service.
All products that you order on ShopWings are delivered to your door. It does not make a difference if you live in the first or 11th floor of your building.

Your grocery order will be delivered by a screened and trained personal Shopper.
Tips are not required, but Shoppers appreciate recognition of their hard work. Shoppers receive the entire amount of your tip and you can give it to them when they deliver your order.
Occasionally our Personal Shoppers in a certain area get overwhelmed with orders. During these times, the next available delivery slot may be later in the day, or the next day. During the ordering process, you can clearly see the next available delivery for your order.

Our customers have to be at least 18 years old. Furthermore, you have to show an ID in order to receive alcohol or tobacco.
Currently, we accept debit/credit cards and PayPal.
Just click the “Password forgotten” button on the website and enter your email address. You will then receive an email with a link, which you can use to reset your password within 24 hours.
When you are logged in, you can go to “My Account” and then “Personal Information” to see and change your profile information.
You may be able to find your order confirmation in your spam folder. If you have an email account with Yahoo, Hotmail or AOL and you marked our email with “this is spam”, we are not allowed to send you emails due to contractual restrictions. If you want to receive emails from us we need a written confirmation that you wish to do so. Please send this email to email@example.com. We will forward it to Yahoo, Hotmail or AOL and they will reactivate your account. Alternatively you could enter another email address under “My Account” and “Personal Information”, so that we can send you emails to this address.
